Advanced Leadership and Management for Healthcare Training

This summer WHO Collaborating Centre for Public Health Education and Training will run another edition of the Advanced Leadership and Management for health training. It is planned for 6th - 10th August 2018 with participation from representatives of Huai’an First People’s Hospital in China.
The training is addressed at healthcare professionals with leadership responsibilities. It is a one- week intensive course covering: situational leadership, leadership styles, effective communication skills, resource allocation, problem solving and critical thinking, health system strengthening, change management, health service management, political challenges and health policy, organisational operations of health systems, action plan development.
