The WHO Collaborating Centre for Public Health Education and Training is committed to advancing Lifestyle Medicine (LM) as a core element of healthcare practice. Lifestyle Medicine focuses on the prevention, management, and reversal of chronic conditions through evidence-based interventions in areas such as nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress management, and behavioural change.

Our programmes bring together clinical training, academic teaching, and research engagement, creating opportunities for healthcare professionals, students, and fellows to gain practical skills, strengthen their leadership capacity, and contribute to improving patient outcomes and population health.
