This bespoke and highly interactive programme is designed to support the next generation of leaders in health services, public health, healthcare management, academia, policy, and international health organisations. In an increasingly complex healthcare environment, leaders are expected to balance competing priorities, manage change, allocate resources effectively, and maintain a strong focus on quality, innovation, and patient-centred care.

Delivered by staff from the WHO Collaborating Centre for Public Health Education and Training, the programme combines practical leadership teaching, case studies, simulation-based learning, group work, emotional intelligence coaching, and action planning.
