- by reviewing and proposing good public health practices that enhance capacities for essential public health functions and emergency response; with the aim of strengthening health systems and health workforce, advancing Universal Health Coverage (UHC), and ensuring health security for all
- in the development and evaluation of effective health and care services; that encompass innovations, technology, and digital health as well as address the UN Sustainable Development Goals in particular SDG3
